She is patient, takes the time to listen to ALL my questions and concerns, takes her time to listen and explain, provides her suggestions and recommendations, provided options, has an understanding of patient concern, she provides exceptional customer service, she is friendly, empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I have had a great experience with her every time I see her. I feel confident that she truly cares about her patients and cares about her service.
