It has been an excellent experience all the way around. From the nurse that sees your first she is excellent. Professional, friendly, jovial. Just herself makes the whole experience pleasant. Dr Faltay is the best. He cares deeply about his patients. Its not hard to tell.

Appointment was canceled after having it for 6 months. Couldn't get back in for 3 months. I had to drive half hour to different office. That appointment was available the next week not in 3 months. Dr Faltay knows my history and I needed to see him. He is so worth it!

The provider was very pleasant and attentive to my questions and concerns from the time he introduced himself to me, to the very end of the appointment. The feel of the appointment was more as a feeling of being treated as human being with real concerns instead of as just another patient. Additionally, this was my initial appointment, and I look forward to future appointments with him. I just love Dr. Faultay! He always listens to everything and interacts with questions, explanations and guidance. He never comes off as better than you, demanding or uncaring. He is always patient and upbeat. He will find answers if he doesn't know off top of his head, and he does not shy away from difficult health scenarios. I can't sing his praises enough, and I am so so grateful he is part of my care team!!!!! He has helped me so so much <3
